Mobile App Design & Development

Turn your app concept into a market-ready product. We handle everything from the initial user flow to writing production-ready code for global app stores.

App Architecture & UI Design: Mapping out comprehensive business flows and designing high-fidelity app screens tailored for a seamless mobile experience.
Cross-Platform Tech Stack: Developing robust, scalable native or cross-platform applications for Android, iOS, or both, built on modern, secure frameworks.
Rigorous Quality Control (QC): Multi-device testing and performance optimization to ensure a bug-free, premium user experience prior to launch.
Store Listing & Compliance Support: Hands-on assistance navigating the technical requirements and configuration policies for both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Why native

For a business app used every day in the field, the difference shows up in the places that matter.

Camera and scanning behave the way the phone's own apps behave, which matters when someone is photographing a weight slip or scanning a container in poor light. Background sync and local storage are more reliable, so an app can keep working through a dead zone in a port or a yard and catch up afterwards. Push notifications arrive properly rather than occasionally. Startup is fast, which sounds minor until someone opens the app forty times a shift.

None of that matters for every project. Where it does not, we will say so rather than sell a heavier build than the job needs.

App Store and Google Play submission

Building the app is the part most vendors quote for. Getting it published is the part that surprises people. We handle it, or walk your team through it if you would rather hold the accounts yourselves.

Developer accounts.

Apple Developer Program and Google Play Console setup, including the organisation verification Apple requires, which needs a D-U-N-S number and takes longer than most timelines assume.

Store listing assets.

Descriptions, keywords, category, screenshots at every required device size, app icon and preview video where it helps.

Privacy declarations.

Apple's privacy labels and Google's Data Safety form, both of which need an honest account of what the app collects and where it goes. Getting these wrong is a common rejection reason and an avoidable one.

Signing and builds.

Certificates, provisioning profiles, keystores and release builds, set up so your team is not locked out of its own app later.

Review and resubmission.

Apps get rejected, often for something procedural. We respond to the review team, fix what is flagged and resubmit.

Updates after launch.

OS releases, store policy changes and the changes people ask for once they have used it for a month.

Native app or Odoo module

Worth settling early, because it decides the architecture.

If the work belongs inside Odoo and will be done by people already logged into it at a desk, an Odoo module is usually the better answer. It inherits the permissions, the data model and the upgrade path, and there is no store submission involved. That is covered under Odoo Module Development.

If the users are not Odoo users, or the job happens on a phone in a working environment where the camera, offline capture and notifications are the point, a native app connected by API is the right build. Drivers, customers and executives usually fall here.

We will tell you which one your requirement is before quoting for either.

How We Move from Concept to Code

1

Specification first

We write what is being built and agree it before development starts. Scope disputes in month three are almost always specification failures in week one.

2

Design before code

Prototypes get reacted to, documents get skimmed. Where a project needs it, our UI/UX Consulting team runs this stage.

3

Built in-house

Our own developers. The person who scoped it is still reachable when a question comes up in month four.

4

Tested on real devices

Your data and your edge cases, on the handsets your people actually carry, not only a simulator.

5

Supported after launch

Monitoring, OS updates, store compliance and the next round of changes.

Connecting to what you already run

An app that cannot reach your live data becomes a second system to maintain and a second version of the truth.

We build API integration with proper error handling and retry logic, because the other system will be unavailable at some point. Sync failures surface as alerts to someone who can act on them, not as silence. Offline capture continues locally and syncs on reconnection, which is not an optional extra for anyone working in a port, a yard or a warehouse basement. Access control maps to the roles that already exist in your ERP, so permissions are not maintained twice.

Where the system of record is Odoo, this connects to the work covered under Odoo Integration.
