StrataERP is a portal application that allows enterprise users to connect to their pre-existing, customized enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

Client-Owned Environments: The data, inputs, transactions, and business logic managed within the ERP modules belong entirely to the specific organization/employer providing your login credentials.

Data Isolation: We do not host, store, or have access to the business data or databases managed inside your organization's customized ERP instance unless explicitly requested under a separate technical support agreement.


2. Information We Collect

We collect minimal information necessary to ensure secure app performance, provide support, and allow you to contact us.


A. Information You Provide to Us


Contact Requests: If you use the "Contact Us" or consultation forms on our Site or within the App, we collect your name, business email address, phone number, company name, and the contents of your message.

Support Communications: If you report a bug or request design/workflow assistance, we keep records of that correspondence.


B. Information Automatically Collected (App and Site Operations)


To meet Apple App Store and Google Play Store requirements for stability and security, we may automatically log:

Connection Data: The URL/domain of the custom ERP instance you point the App toward for login.

Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information to optimize UI/UX performance across different hardware.

Crash Logs & Performance Data: Diagnostic data regarding app crashes or performance bottlenecks to help our design and engineering teams improve the app's stability.

Note on App Store Transparency: Our App does not track your activities across third-party apps or websites, nor do we sell any user data.


3. How We Use Your Information


We use the limited information we collect to:

Provide, operate, maintain, and optimize the App and Site.

Route your login request accurately to your company's customized ERP infrastructure.

Respond to your inquiries, comments, and support tickets.

Monitor and analyze anonymous usage trends to improve user interface (UI) layouts, navigation, and overall workflow speed.

Prevent fraudulent log-in attempts and enhance application security.


4. Sharing and Disclosure of Information


We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business data. We only share information in the following strict scenarios:

With Your Employer/Organization: Because the App connects to a system managed by your organization, your system administrator has access to your login logs and data inputs on that instance.

Service Providers: We may share minimal technical logs with trusted third-party cloud infrastructure or diagnostic services (e.g., Google Firebase Crashlytics, Apple App Analytics) operating under strict confidentiality mandates.

Legal Obligations: If required by law, subpoena, or government regulatory bodies to protect our legal rights.


5. Security of Your Data


We employ industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your data.

Encryption in Transit: All login credentials and data packets moving through the App to your custom ERP backend are encrypted using secure protocols (HTTPS/TLS).

Credential Handling: The App acts as a passthrough gateway; we do not store your ERP instance passwords on our corporate servers.

Depending on your geographic location, you may have rights under regional privacy frameworks (such as the Digital Personal Data Protection Act in India, GDPR, or CCPA) allowing you to:

Our services are designed exclusively for professional, enterprise use and are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Welcome to Strata App. Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before

installing or using the Strata App mobile application (the "App") or accessing the services provided via https://

strataerp.com/ (the "Site"). This Agreement is a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "End-User")

or the organization you represent (the "Enterprise Client"), and Strata Software Solutions LLP ("Strata",

"we", "us", or "our").


IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE: By downloading, installing, accessing, or using this App, you agree to be

bound by these Terms. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you

represent that you have the authority to bind such entity. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not

agree to these Terms, you must not install or use this Application.


1. Scope of Service & Pass-Through Architecture


The App operates strictly as a secure mobile user interface and deployment gateway ("Pass-Through

Gateway") designed to allow Enterprise Clients and their authorized staff to access customized, pre-existing

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) installations and business configurations.

• No Independent Hosting: Strata does not own, manage, host, or back up the specific transactional

databases, proprietary business data, or workflow environments customized by or for the Enterprise Client

unless explicitly outlined under a separate, dedicated Master Service Agreement (MSA).

• Authentication Responsibility: Connection credentials, database selection, and access rights are

assigned, managed, and revoked solely by the Enterprise Client's designated IT administrator.


2. End-User License & Restrictions


Subject to compliance with this Agreement and any primary enterprise engagement contracts, Strata grants

you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to download and use

the App on certified mobile devices solely for authorized business operations.

You agree that you will not, and will not permit any third party to:


1. Decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, underlying UI/UX

architectures, or manual workflow configurations of the App.


2. Modify, adapt, improve, or create derivative works from the application gateway components.


3. Utilize automated scripts, scrapers, or data mining software to disrupt or map the application's secure

gateway traffic.


4. Circumvent or attempt to bypass secure API endpoints, HTTPS/TLS routing layers, or hardware-enforced

authentication boundaries established by Strata.


3. Data Ownership & Security Obligations


Strata recognizes that all corporate entries, logistics tallies, financial records, and operational telemetry

accessed via the App belong exclusively to the Enterprise Client.

Transit Encryption: All login data, payload parameters, and server interactions initiated through the App

are securely routed to the destination ERP instance utilizing high-grade Transport Layer Security (TLS/

HTTPS).

Device Security: The User and Enterprise Client are exclusively responsible for maintaining physical and

digital security protocols on the host mobile device (including active biometric locks, operating system

updates, and endpoint security compliance). Strata shall not be held liable for security breaches arising

from compromised end-user hardware.


4. Service Availability & Support Boundaries


Since the App functions as a dynamic interface connecting to customized instances, application availability is

directly dependent on the operational status, server health, and connectivity of the Enterprise Client’s

underlying infrastructure.

Strata guarantees that the core gateway software made available on the Apple App Store and Google Play

Store will comply with prevailing operating system developer guidelines. However, Strata is not responsible for

performance lags, synchronization delays, or structural errors caused by non-optimized local database

structures, server outages, or legacy internet routing problems outside of Strata’s internal control

environments.


5. Intellectual Property Rights


All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in the underlying application framework, custom UI/

UX design schemes, interface paradigms, core source files, and brand emblems belong solely to Strata

Software Solutions LLP. Your usage of the gateway creates no transfer of proprietary or structural equity in the

solution.


6. Limitation of Liability


To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Strata Software Solutions LLP, its

partners, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages

whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, supply chain disruption, data

corruption, or commercial information loss) arising out of the use or inability to use the application interface,

even if advised of the possibility of such damages.


7. Term and Termination


This Agreement remains effective until terminated by either party. Your individual access rights terminate

immediately upon: (a) explicit deletion of the application from your devices, (b) revocation of your access

token by your employer or enterprise network administrator, or (c) termination of the commercial support

agreement between your organization and Strata.


8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction


This Agreement shall be governed, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of India. Any

litigation, arbitration, or statutory disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive

jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Kochi, India.
